I am not sure if any of you ventured into the sea after your run tonight but with the lovely full tide it was certainly inviting to do so. For those of you coming from the other side of town I do hope the lovely park and views made up for a bit of time sitting in the car getting there and you took time to stay and enjoy the surroundings. One of our overseas visitors had the right idea - he caught the ferry from the city to Half Moon Bay and walked across to the event!
Thanks Dwayne and Clive for a great set of courses enhanced by the fine night and dry ground.
Next week we change to TUESDAY, 23rd November. This event is on the Point England reserve at the end of Point England Rd. You will be able to look across the water of the Tamaki River to the area that at least course one runners went to tonight (with the tide out next week you could very nearly walk there!)
Apologies to those of you who did not receive their emailed results last week. Unfortunately we were unexpectedly out of action due to personal circumstances. We will append last weeks results to the end of this weeks. Should you not receive results any week they can always be accessed from the club website. Occasionally a provider is down and all the emails using them bounce.
